How to reach and access the Cathedral of Acqui Terme

Parking for people with disabilities: Piazza Duomo (in front of the Cathedral) and Via Barone (apsidal area).
Controlled traffic zone on the whole area except during services.
Paid Parking: Corso Bagni, Via XX Settembre, P.zza Orto San Pietro, Piazza Addolorata.
Free parking lots: railway station, Via Romita.
Timetable

The Cathedral is open:

• for services and prayer, from 7am to 12pm and from 3pm to 7pm.
• for visits, from 9am to 12pm and from 3pm to 6pm.
Visits are not available during celebrations.

Access for people with disabilities: yes


Nearly all the building is accessible to visitors in wheelchairs. The Cathedral has two entrances with ramps, both in Via Barone. One entrance allows you to visit the inside of the cathedral (naves and side chapels), while the other allows you to visit the Triptych of the Virgin of Montserrat and the apsidal area.

Free audio guides: yes

At the entrance visitors will find a FREE multilingual audio guide that works by simply scanning the QR codes on the information panels with the camera of the smartphone, once you’ve downloaded one of the many free QR code reading apps.
Visitors are invited to bring their own headphones/earphones for listening.

Visitors will be welcomed and accompanied by a group of volunteers during visiting hours.
